CNC Horizontal Turning
Mori Seiki lathes which can handle up to 15" Dia x 20" length with a 2.6" through-hole.
CNC Milling
Miyano & Hitachi Seiki mills with 4 axis capability and a 22"x16"x16" horizontal machining surfaces.
Manual Machining
Quantum Machining also provides fixture & tool building services which we run Acra & Bridgeport knee mills 10"x50" and 9"x42". Tables are equipped with power-feed and Mitutoyo digital readout systems. Additional services that we provide include:
